Suburban Water Technology comes highly recommended by me! They installed a ROS water filtration system and in the process alerted me to the fact that my home did not have a pressure restriction valve on it. My home was built in 1986. We purchased a water softener through Costco who used Suburban Water Technology to handle the installation. Rich came out to do the estimate and look over the plumbing etc. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gladly came back a second time to address some additional questions we had about where to place the unit. We had it put in about 2 wks ago. Billy did a very professional job making certain the unit was installed and functioning properly as well as making certain we understood how it worked and how to care for it. I have great peace of mind knowing this job was done was well and at a reasonable price.

Had Shore Water Refining come out to check my water, we were getting discoloration in the plumbing fixtures and pipes. I was worried that it was iron as we are redoing our master bath in all white I wanted to solve this issue. Right away they told me it was. clay, after checking the water they recommended a softener and an RO filter at the kitchen sink. After these were installed we noticed our coffee tastes better our hair is softer after washing. We are very pleased with the system. As a retired plumber I was critical about the install, but it was very neat and mechanical. I would highly recommend Shore Water Refining

Bill from Suburban Water came to my home in Perkasie today for a water softener consult. He was very thorough with his water test and explained what he was testing for and exactly what our test results were in real time. He explained the entire softener installation process from start to finish including estimated future invoice costs and tested our water pressure. He was very professional, kind and compassionate about his work.

Although it was unrelated to this particular appointment, I mentioned other potential concerns about a potential guest bath shower/toilet leak. He went above and beyond by looking at my guest bathroom during the water softener consult and provided his professional opinion.

My expectations have been exceeded by Suburban Water. While I hope I do not have any additional plumbing issues in the future, I plan to call Suburban Water for any potential issues related to plumbing and or my water heater in the future.

Great system and technician Brandon is great. My two star review is the result of my being charged $190 for a replacement ballast for my UV bulb. The very same ballast, made by the same company, retails for $89.95 on line. I know companies are in the game to make money, but seriously.

Terrible service. Horrible installation. Shoddy parts were installed which created a leak in my kitchen. It is now leaking again. It is not draining properly so the tank is filling up with water and this is the 3rd time we have complained about this issue. I just had it serviced by them and they never changed out the filters. Never even mentioned that it would need it. This system is only 1 year old. They don't follow through with what they sell you and this system was way TOO EXPENSIVE to have these many problems.

We've had the new system for only about a week, but so far the difference has been astonishing. We'd had another system installed about six years ago by a different company. It seemed to work OK at first but progressively our water seemed to be getting worse. Although a technician came out multiple times and each time said everything was functioning properly, our water had never been so bad -- toilets were bright red with iron, hard water spots on everything. Bryon from Shore Water came out to take a look, and right from the start he seemed honest and knowledgeable. Like I said, the new system has been in place for only about a week, but our water is crystal clear and there is no odor. I already feel a difference in my hair and skin, and we even feel comfortable drinking the water, something we didn't do even when our old system was first installed.

Awesome company with great people. Rich saw through a multistage project flawlessly. Even took care of radon in the water. These guys can do everything. And Eli is the best tech ever. A pleasre to deal with. My softener system was installed by the former homeowner. After 11 years, the pressure drop increased. Called Suburban, they had all of the records for the system, and supplied all of the materials and service parts. Not typically a DIY project, but they were very helpful providing guidance and recommending inspections of the components.

Their original installation is outstanding, carefully piped, quality components used throughout. A great, locally owned company. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We have had our water softner for 3 months now and it’s improved multiple aspects of our home. There is no more hard water white residue around the sinks, there are no more spots on clean dishes after they go through the dishwasher, and my wife says her skin/hair feel better now after showers.

We were introduced to Suburban Water through Costco. We scheduled a free water test, and installation overview where they sent a consultant to our house to evaluate our water quality and determine where a softner would be installed. Our consultant, James, did a great job explaining what options were available and would best meet our needs. Our installer was polite and efficient. He ensured we were happy with the placement of the softener and understood how to work it.

Highly recommend if you’re a Costco member, or even if you’re not.
